Where it all began
It all started in Manchester NH when Dan Gagnon was tired of cooking with the same old boring flavors. Taking creative initiative, he came up with his own “rub”, realizing it was delicious on chicken and steak. But he didn’t stop there. He started adding the seasoning in with his vegetables which turned out to be a savory success. Now today, Dan Gagnon has created 3 signature spices - one with a nice kick, one a bit milder, and one with just that little kick. With more seasonings to come, we appreciate all the support and look forward to spreading the joy that is NH Dans.
About NH Dan himself
Dan Gagnon was born and raised in Hillsborough County NH. He is a master carpenter of over 40 years, following in his father Rogers footsteps and family business. With his wife Debbie of 36 years, they have continued the legacy of RDG Construction. Together they have two adult children, Sean and Kimberly. Since 2014, Dan and his family have been working together to get NH Dans out to the market. First starting by gifting his seasoning to friends and family. Soon turning into sales by request. Now they hope to have started a new family legacy, that they can share with your family too.
Our Seasonings
NH Dans "Live Free or Dry" Rub To add some kick to your different foods put a little or a lot on depending how much kick you can handle.
NH Dans "Granite State" Seasoning: If you want just a little kick in your food but not a lot than this one is for you. Sprinkle it on just about anything to add that little touch to your food.
NH Dans "Mild and Wild" seasoning:
The tamer of the trio its like "Granite State" seasoning but with less of a kick.

NH Dans Live free or dry rub: sea salt, ground pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dehydrated onion flakes, ground cumin, dried oregano, dried thyme.
NH Dans Granite state seasoning:
sea salt, ground pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, dehydrated onion flakes, ground cumin, dried oregano, dried thyme, dried rosemary leaves, dried basil.
